Free Shipping: All works on this website include free USPS Ground Advantage shipping to anywhere in the US.
When does artwork ship? Artwork will be packaged and taken to the post office within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive an email from me with a tracking number once your package ships.
Shipping Insurance: Shipping includes insurance for the cost of the artwork. Artwork is noted as fragile when shipping label is purchased.
How safe is the packaging? I follow a step-by-step process to ensure the artwork is safely packaged, as shown below:
Authentication of Artwork: All paintings will have a signature on the front (first name only) and a full signature on the back of the piece including the medium of the painting and the year painting was completed. In rare cases, a painting will include more than one year/ medium if painting was previously published and later revised into a new piece.
Purchase/Return Policies: If a painting arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. Buyer must pay return shipping (and provide receipt/tracking), which will be included in refund process. Returns are only accepted in the case of documented damage during shipping process. If you have concerns regarding this policy, please consider purchasing the painting through a site with guaranteed refund policies such as Etsy, Daily Paintworks, or Ebay.
Due to the frequency of online scams, I do not negotiate sales of completed pieces through email. Prices are as listed on the paintings. If you wish to make offers or request commission pieces, I would encourage you to do so through the “make offer” or messaging functions on the Etsy or Ebay listings.
